New Hire Checklist: Please make sure to fully complete before first shift.
☐ Sign and return the Employee contract sent via email
☐ Complete the availability survey sent. This notifies our scheduling manager to schedule your training shift.
☐ Click sign-up links for Gusto (payroll), WhenIwork (schedule) and Ispringlearn (online training) via email and follow directions to finish profile.
☐ Secure your team uniform
☐ Log in and complete Orientation and trainings loaded into your Ispringlearn profile.
☐ Be notified for your first on the floor training via Wheniwork app / if one is not scheduled please contact Sailau
☐ Secure Food handlers card, this must be obtained within 14 days of your first shift.
☐ Those 18+ must secure MAST card.
Getting your uniform ready
Every Banquet Boss employee shows up for their shift on brand and is ready to roll. You will be required to furnish your own uniform. Below is a list of the preferred items you must purchase before beginning your first shift. It is recommended to have at least 2 shirts and 2 parts of trousers. The trouser length must cover socks.

Future opportunities
Entry Bartender: Serving beer and wine
Full Bartender: After demonstrating entry-level serving and providing credentials you will begin training so that you can own the bar, serve mixed drinks, and lead the entry server.
Becoming a BOSS: You will be nominated by your team and our leadership group. once selected you will go through a series of training sessions so that you can be a successful leader and manager for our brand and standards of excellence.
